Digital Radio Mics

Many of the entry-level digital radio mics offer licence-free use of wireless transmission, commonly in the 2.4 GHz (WiFi) range. As a result, they offer low-cost solutions for basic wireless systems but may experience WiFi etc interference at certain locations and may not offer the ideal features for proper installed use. The new Sennheiser EW-D range offers digital transmission in the standard UHF 600-800MHz frequency ranges.
